Here is a few veggies from the garden that I would recommend we all get to eating this summer. At least one portion of one of the below, a day if at all possible. The ones with the star are * Excellent for preventing and combating cancer. Thought I would share and remember there is nothing better than tomatoes mixed with broccoli, and when ever possible eat raw, or with very little cooking.
