* Introductions of guests and speaker 6:00
* Dinner 6:15 pm
* Speaker 7 to 7:20/30 (usually 20 minutes or so)
* Break 7:30 – 7:45
* Annual General Meeting 7:45 – 8:00 ish
* Awards 8:15 – 9 pm.
