News From Port Loring

Went out yesterday fishing, with my good friend Barry, later on in the day.  We didn’t get anything worth keeping at first but was rewarded around dusk with a couple nice cat fish a nice pike and a pickerel.  Had a great time for sure, didn’t get home till after dark. So fish for supper tonight. On another note; The Argyle Farmers Market in Port Loring is on for the day. It is located on Hwy 522 behind Arnold Gehrke Sales and is open Wednesdays from the last Wednesday of June to the end of August. Hours of operation are 9 am to 1 pm. Great place to visit and maybe pick up a few items of choice. Once done stop by our small store, we also have lots to offer at great prices.  Can’t miss us second house on right past the shell coming in from Highway 11.  Look for the sign that says George & Ruth Walters Author and Artist, can’t miss it.  Enjoy your day my friends.
