Good Morning.  Well temperatures have sure warmed up some over night.  Woke up  to 45 F temperatures this morning.   We will see  a few showers this morning easing off this afternoon. Temps will reach up to near 48 F when all said and done. Tonight it will be cloudy with lows sitting near 30F. Winds will be from the W at 5 to 10 mph.  Nice temperatures for this time of year that’s for sure. The snow we did have is about melted. Highway 522 is wet and bare.  Barometer is falling and at the moment sitting at 28.91 in Hg.  The moon will rise at: 8:26 PM & then set at 10:25 AM.  Moon Phase today is:
86%  Waning  Gibbous.  The sun rose but behind some clouds once again at; 7:42 AM
and she will set at 4:34 PM. Giving us here in Port Loring, 8 hrs. 52 mins. if daylight. Lost another 3 minutes of daylight yesterday.  For those wanting to do some hunting today.  The old weather stick says the best times to be out there will be from;                                  10:15 AM – 11:30 AM.  Then again from; 3:25 PM – 5:30 PM.  The afternoon one being the best I am thinking.

News For Port Loring

Not to much to report here this morning.  Folks are sittin’ back here in Port Loring relaxing I suspect, other than those avid hunters and shoppers.  For the bow hunters I wish you lots of luck in getting your buck or doe for the year.  For the shoppers I hope you find that special gift that I know you are all looking for.
