Forecast For Today:  Fairly fine, improving to even nicer weather as the day progresses.

Fishing Times:   This morning the old weather stick is saying that the best times to be out there will be from…7:00 AM – 10:00 AM.  Then once again from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM.  I give it a 2 fish rating out of 4 for catching them.  Good Luck!

Around Town:  Quiet this morning here in Port Loring.  Yesterday wife and I went to North Bay and I have to say it was busy.  Stores were lined up at the cash registers no matter where we went.  Even the restaurants were busy and one would have to wait for a seat.  I see there is a new Michaels Store, Winners and others now located on the north side of town, beside the Canadian Tires Store.  Also a new A&W is opening soon in the same location. Amazing just how much North Bay is growing or should say, has grown.  Will be nice now for us who live here in Port Loring and the country, as it will save a long drive to Parry Sound, Sudbury or Barrie when seeking them out.   Had a great day and on the drive into town, I have to tell you…the leaves were a road of colour. We are right in the middle of the leaves changing right now. It was so nice, the wife and I had to stop along the road and sit for a few minutes, just to take it all in.  Below is just one of many pictures she took along our way to town.  Click To Enlarge…
