Good Morning: Well that was quite a snow storm we had yesterday.  I wouldn’t hesitate to say that we had a good foot in some places.  That is going by my driveway.  Temperatures waking up this morning were sitting at -8.6 C | 16.52 F.  Will warm up a touch but then drop quite low tonight and into tomorrow.

Forecast For Today:  Stormy at the moment, may improve given a bit of time.

Hunting Times:  This morning the old weather stick is saying that the best times to be out there will be from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM then a bit later from 3:00 PM – 5:15 PM.  I give it a two Buck Rating out of 5 for seeing a few.  Winds this morning are calm starting off coming in from the South. They will increase as the day progresses to around 7 MPH.  Another friend of mine dropped by letting me have a look at a nice doe he got.  He sure was happy let me tell you.  That’s what is all about right?  Good Luck!

Around Town:  Highway 522 is snow covered with some icy sections throughout.  Care should be taken if out driving.  Heading off to North Bay or ?, extra care should be taken until this weather pattern subsides.  Enjoy your day my friends, stay safe and warm but do by all means get some fresh air and expose a bit of your skin to the sun when it shows itself.  Doing so keeps one fit as a fine tuned fiddle.  Without good health what do we really have?  You can reach me George Walters at:  [email protected]
