Morning Report

No sunshine this morning here in Port Loring. Ontario. Canada. Temperatures waking up were sitting at 19.6 C | 67.28 F. It looks like we are going to get some much-needed rain today and into tonight. I hope so our garden is in need. The trees around our place would also like a drink I suspect. Today I will be working away in the woodworking shop on some small orders then once finished I will get back to my Flutes. I have 25 on the go this time, which will make a nice show for next summer in our store. Our lettuce in our vegetable garden is slowly ending, so once it cools down a wee bit I will plant some more, which then should last till Fall. Zucchini is growing leaps and bounds these days along with the cucumbers, and we been enjoying them daily. Ruth cuts them up, and we use it with other vegetables for dippers in her home made dressings. Tastes pretty good. Tomatoes are just starting to turn a bit yellow as we planted mostly low acid ones this spring. It will be interesting to see how they turn out. Good size I will say that. Can’t wait till they are ready. Nothing like fresh tomato sandwiches. With that I am off for my morning cup of coffee with my lovely wife, and will see what the day has in store. Have a great day.

Fishing Times

Tuesday
08/06/19

Major Times
6:00 PM-9:00 PM

Minor Times
12:00 PM-2:00 PM

Today should be great for catching a few if you get out there before it rains. Winds are coming in from the South West, which when conditions are good makes for some good fishing. Today I give it a 4 Star Rating out of 5 for catching a few. If, you do head on out, make sure you take a rain coat. I am thinking it might be needed. Stay safe and good luck!
