Morning Report Oct 14/19

Good Morning and Happy Thanksgiving! Today waking up here in Port Loring, Ontario, Canada it is cloudy, a touch cool and rainy. But other than that it is a great day. Temperatures were sitting at 4.3 C | 39.74 F. It will warm up a bit as the day moves forward. We could see some breaks in the sky and a bit of sunshine if we are lucky. Tomorrow and Wednesday we will have more rain. I am hoping it holds off for a day, so I can rake some leaves for our garden and get it tilled up. Then I would like a day to plant my garlic for next year. I don’t think that is asking much. On another note I noticed this morning at our bird feeder the black birds are back. They are here usually in the spring and throughout the winter months. I guess their food supply is dwindling and our feeder looks inviting. We enjoy watching them. Today my lovely wife is cooking us a turkey with home made dressing. I am looking forward to that. I started the shop stove earlier and today I will finish up some shop work. A little heat feels pretty good these days. Yesterday was another busy day in our store but I suspect after Thanksgiving it will slow down. With that I am off for my morning cup of coffee with my lovely wife and will see what the day has in store for us … other than what I am planning on doing. Again … I hope you all have a great Thanksgiving.
