Actually anytime is, but for those that goes by the time of day:

Major Times
3:30 AM-5:30 AM
4:01 PM-6:01 PM

Minor Times
–:—–:–
8:16 AM-9:16 AM

Day Rating

Not the best day for fishing, but hey! You never know, and just being out on the water is pretty nice in itself. Good Luck!
