Well I guess it is now law that all boaters must have an Operators Card to operate a boat, doesn’t matter what size neither. I myself had to bite the bullet and take the test which I did and did quite well. You will have to take the time and read the book and do a bit of studying for a few nights if you want to pass. You will need around 75% to pass. There is 36 questions multiple choice. Below is the link of the company I dealt with and found them to be very good.
