Another nice day here waking up. Temperatures were sitting at 65 F. Will warm up into the high 70s shortly. Today w e will take in some country and visit a couple produce stands which occur along the main highways. Lots to choose from which we like, especially the fresh tree ripened grapefruit. Can’t beat them for taste. After that will just let the day happen and see what it brings us. Yesterday while out I took a couple of pictures of one of most favorite cars. Used to own one many years ago. Click Pictures below to enlarge. Oldie but goodie.
Welcome to my little corner of the countryside, where storytelling meets the everyday joys of woodworking, farming, and gardening. I’m GW, a writer and published author with over thirty years of experience. Here, I’m eager to share the lessons and stories from a life spent writing and working with my hands. Join me as we explore the practical and rewarding side of country life—from crafting wooden pieces to tending the land and growing gardens. Each post reflects the wisdom gained from a long journey of writing and living close to nature.
