Morning Report Sep 6/2019

It’s a cloudy morning waking up here in Port Loring, Ontario, Canada. By the looks of the sky in the west we are in for some rain, as it is black. I suspect showers off and on throughout the day. Temperatures through the night were cool which made it nice for sleeping. This morning they are sitting at 10.8 C | 51.44 F. Not to bad. Yesterday I manged to mow the grass around our property and then in the afternoon went fishing with my fishing buddy Barry. It was a fantastic day on the water, and we did catch a few for supper. Mostly small mouth bass. I did miss netting a huge pike that got unhooked right up side of the boat. They are crafty let me tell you. You never want to think you have them for certain until they are in the boat. Today I have some repair work to do on my old mower and then will see what the day has in store. You never know.

This morning with the rain and winds coming in from the South East fishing won’t be the greatest. I give it a 1-Star Rating out of 5 for catching a few. With that don’t forget your raincoat, good luck, and stay safe, things get a might slippery unloading and loading the boat.
