Hmm! And people today say they are having it hard with interest rates. This video if nothing else shows these young folks what us older folks have had to deal with over the years. But we made out. Today they would be protesting in the streets, LOL. Take care and stay safe.

Hi George I remember mortgage interest rates were 18 percent, we locked in at nine percent and was happy that we didn’t get 18 percent. I hope we don’t see high interest rates like this, people will loose there homes. Nancy
Hi Nancy. Yep, I too can remember when the interest rates were up there. One farm we bought, the mortgage rate was close to 18%. We took the mortgage out for one year. We did without and paid it almost all off in one year. We then breathed a sigh of relief. Took some doing that year. But it is amazing what a person can do if they set their mind to doing something.
