Forecast For Today:  Snow at times, very unsettled.  Could use a wee bit of snow for Christmas.

Good Morning:  Well warmed up a touch since last night.  Temperatures waking up were sitting at -8.8 C | 16.16 F.  A bit cold but not so bad.  Especially with the sun shinning down upon us.

Forecast For Today:  We could see some Snow, very unsettled through out the day.

Hunting Times:  This morning the old weather stick is saying that the best times to be out there will be from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM.  Then once again from 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM.  I give it a 5 Buck Rating out of 5 for seeing a few.  Had another friend of mine who comes up from Southern Ontario and hunts in our area drop by yesterday afternoon.  Said he was only out there for an hour when he got a nice Buck.  In the back of his pick-up there was a really nice ten pointer.  Have to say he sure was smiling.  So congratulations goes out to Frank, he will be eating well this winter.  Winds this morning are coming in from the south and at the moment calm.  They will pick up to around 9 MPH a bit later on this afternoon.  Good Luck!

Around Town:  Well not much going on in our small town.  December is upon us though, with Christmas on most folks minds.  I for one sure love Christmas as my family does.  We make it into one of the nicest days of the year and rightly so too, as it is a time for giving.  It doesn’t have to be gifts if that is the route of your choice, it can be friendliness and love to your family and friends.  We do both my wife and I and look forward to it.  The stores with all the folks shopping is a treat to see, if for nothing else to watch folks as they make their way through the isles.  You can only imagine what is going through their minds on their venture into the wonder land of Christmas.  Great to see  folks out and about enjoying life.  Enjoy your day my friends.  You can reach me George Walters if you like at; [email protected]

Good Morning:   Quite cold here this morning waking up.  Temperature were sitting at -15.7 C | 3.74 F.  But on the bright side of things the sun is making an appearance this morning. Have to say the sunrise was beautiful.  Kind of makes a person feel like getting out of bed.

Forecast For Today:  Fairly fine, possible snow early.  Will warm up a touch for tomorrow.

Around Town:  Highway 522 is bare from Highway 11 – Highway 69.  Travelling should be a go for today.  Myself I am quite busy working on the new health book.  Lots going into it and some things take time to do them up right.  I did manage to break away a bit for a few days and fixed up my old Shop.  Never ceases to amaze me how messy a person can get.  But once all done up I have to say it is a pleasure now to work in.  Nice and warm too with the new insulation I added a bit ago.  So my friends enjoy your day, stay warm and try and get out for a wee bit to breath in some of that fresh air.  Your body will thank you for it.  You can reach me George Walters if you like at; [email protected]
