Good Morning! It looks like we are in for another hot day here in Port Loring, Ontario, Canada. The sun is red, which is a sign that things are going to get a bit warm. We should see some reprieve in a couple of days. Which is okay with me as being so hot it is hard to even do some front porch sittin’ Highway 522 is still very busy these days and I suspect it will remain that way until the kids are back in school. Which I don’t think is a good idea, as a lot of them aren’t vaccinated for this virus. The numbers are rising every day now since we opened back up. We are up over the 700 a day now. Kind of a shame, as we did have it under control. Another month and we would have been in a lot better shape. But it’s par for the course these days. On another note, I worked building a fish cleaning station yesterday and darn near finished it. I made it out of left over material that I had lying around. It turned out pretty nice too. Today I will stain the bottom of it and move it to where we want it. That should keep me busy for most of the day. It’s nice doing these kinds of projects. Things that we wouldn’t usually do for ourselves. I will post a picture when all said and done With that I am off for my morning bowl of cereal and will then see what the day has in store.
