Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips

- 4-6 Greek-style flat breads or pita breads

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sliced chicken to the bowl and toss to coat the chicken evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken strips and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
