Here’s an old-fashioned recipe for Lemon Cookies


  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
