Good Luck with the fishing.

Around Town:  Well yesterday wife and I got busy and planted our vegetable gardens.   Takes a bit of doing but the rewards are in abundance in a few short weeks.  Figured with this warm weather at nights and rain in the forecast it would be a perfect time to get things in the soil.  Now can sit back and reap the harvest so to speak.  Other than a bit of hoeing here and their, which I enjoy doing.  Seems out amongst the plants the mind is eased of its thoughts and things are brought back to their right perspective.  Today I have some inside work to look after so will be attending that in a bit. First though is my morning tea.  Corn silk tea here with a touch of dandelion leaf.  Nothing is more healthier.  Make your day a good one.  Just because it is gloomy out there all is well.   You can reach George Walters if you so wish at [email protected]

Around Town:  Things are quiet in our area.  Few more tourists entering into the picture.  Once things warm up a touch and we are finished with the blackflies things will pick up immensely.   Been a long cold winter and I as others are looking forward to a nice summer.  Gardens will be needing attention in the next few days and after tonight, night time temperatures should be warming up.  We did have a frost here  waking up this morning.  Took its toll on a few of my tulips.  But most native plants are used to what Mother Nature hands out.  So with that, tea time here.  English Breakfast is my choice this morning with a touch of turmeric. Great for any blood relating problems along with giving one strength for what lies ahead.  Enjoy your day by letting it happen.  You can reach George Walters at [email protected]

Around Town: Well with these cold temperatures upon us I am happy I got most of my outside work done up.  Now can sit back and enjoy the fruits of the vine so to speak.  Also glad I waited in my planting.  Thinking after the weekend would be a good time to plant the gardens.  Going to keep an eye on things.  Been a year of watching nature in hopes she reveals what she is going to do.    She has her own way of doing things in spite of us humans.  To her we are a speck of sand to be dealt with as she chooses.  So I am of for my morning tea.   Fresh Dandelion is on the menu for this morning.  Like to take advantage of the new growth.  Make it a good day.  You can reach George Walters if you so wish at [email protected]
