Hi Folks. Just after our first snow fall, I spotted some Parsley that we missed in one of our gardens. So I picked it and my lovely wife dried it for future used.
I know, you’re probably wondering who eats Parsley? Ha Ha. Well, I guess it is a desired taste, but we both like it. My wife mixes it in with all kinds of soups and things throughout the winter months. And on top of that, it is very healthy for you. Especially your heart. Take care. GW
