Barbecued Chicken Wings:

Here’s a recipe for delicious barbecued chicken wings: Hmm, Good!

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the barbecue sauce mixture over them, making sure to coat them evenly.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  5. Once the grill is hot, remove the chicken wings from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  6. Place the chicken wings on the grill and cook for 10–12 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have grill marks.
  7. Serve the chicken wings hot with additional barbecue sauce on the side for dipping.

Tips:

  • For a smokier flavor, add a handful of wood chips to your grill before cooking the chicken wings.
  • If you don’t have a grill, you can also cook the chicken wings in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 25–30 minutes, or until they are cooked through and crispy.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of barbecue sauce and honey to suit your personal taste preferences.
