Here’s a recipe for delicious barbecued chicken wings: Hmm, Good!
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the barbecue sauce mixture over them, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Once the grill is hot, remove the chicken wings from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Place the chicken wings on the grill and cook for 10–12 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have grill marks.
- Serve the chicken wings hot with additional barbecue sauce on the side for dipping.
Tips:
- For a smokier flavor, add a handful of wood chips to your grill before cooking the chicken wings.
- If you don’t have a grill, you can also cook the chicken wings in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 25–30 minutes, or until they are cooked through and crispy.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of barbecue sauce and honey to suit your personal taste preferences.
