Name released in fatal collision

ARNSTEIN— A 67-year-old was killed Monday around 1 p.m. when her vehicle veered off Highway 522 at Seagull Lake Road and went into the ditch, according to Ontario Provincial Police. The collision caused the vehicle to flip. According to police, it’s suspected the driver may have been in medical distress at the time of the incident. The driver was identified as Arina Howes of Loring. A post mortem will be conducted later today. Members of the OPP’s Technical Collision Investigations and Forensic Identifications Units are continuing their investigation.

This is a great,toothpaste with out all the chemicals that most commercial kinds have. My wife and I have been using it for years with great success.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon sea salt, finely ground
2 drops of peppermint, spearmint, orange, clove, or cinnamon.
A touch of good spring water or well water without the chemicals is best.
You can also add a touch of coconut oil if you so desire.
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and mix them thoroughly with a toothbrush, your finger, or a small spoon until a smooth, thick paste forms. The paste shouldn’t be too runny; it has to stay on your toothbrush.
Dip your toothbrush into the paste and use as you would regular commercial toothpaste.

Well not to much to report other than it is one great looking day out there. The black flies are out there now, but if one approaches their day right, they shouldn’t have to deal with them pesky devils to much. First off one should not wear any bug repellent or smelly colognes. Also should say if you are used to using these things, which most are now a days, that it takes a good week to get it out of your system. Best way is to use baking soda to wash your hair with and if you have to have some soap use Ivory hand soap, with no additives in it. Do that an maybe eat a bit of garlic with your food each day and you won’t have any problems with Black Flies. All in how you want to deal with things, simple as that. Well the old black flies are officially back with us for another season. Should last for around three or four weeks if things goes to plan. Then again, Mother Nature has her own set of rules and being the lady she is, she changes her mind every so often.. So all we can do is take what she hands us, an smile. The mosquito’s are still holding off, but once it warms up, they will awaken and add their presence to our days through out the summer. Think on this. Folks today go to the store buy organic veggies bring them home in thinking they are healthy. In theory they are quite right in their thinking. Just now they take them veggies and wash them using city water, which is full of chlorine and fluoride. In doing so through my eyes removes all the good things in the veggies and puts in poisons.
In order to remove the fluoride from your drinking water, it is important to invest in a reverse osmosis water filter. Alternatively, you can purchase a reputable carbon filter that is proven to remove fluoride as well. Always remember that reverse osmosis water will require you to ‘re-add’ the natural minerals to the water, which can be done by adding a small amount of apple cider vinegar or even a good high grade sea salt.

The black flies are out there now, started yesterday,but still not really bothering a feller or gal, other than flying around ones head. But they will get hungry soon enough. I find the best way to help the situation is to not wear any perfume or deodorant, things like that. I only wash using ivory hand soap, with no additives. For some reason they don’t like it and I have had good luck keeping them at bay for a lot of years now. Deet, insect repellents. don’t work, if anything it attracts them and makes it worse. I see now they want to stop kids from using these tanning beds./ If the truth be known through,out the winter months the tanning beds can be a big asset to ones health and in fact put a halt to many cancers and other diseases, not cause them. My point of view on the subject is that they should use them under guidance from a qualified individual, an adult that knows how to use them, not stop them from using them. But you know, that is what happens with a lot of good things that promotes good health naturally. They are shot down as bad. Why does this happen? Dollars my friends billions of dollars. If you get healthy these companies and some doctors wouldn’t be making as much money. Don’t be fooled, do the research and enjoy life. We don’t need to be dictated to by the Powers That Be on what we want and can not do. Through the summer though the best way to get a tan is using the sunshine in moderation of course. We are the same as earth and the sun, with out either we all perish.
