Good morning.  Well getting some nice size flakes of snow coming down here this morning. My boys when young years ago used to call them Charlie Brown Snow Flakes. Today temperature is going to reach 33 °f and then drop to 21 °f this evening.  Sill pretty warm for this time of year.  I suspect though things will cool down quite drastically getting so close to February.   Barometer today is falling and at the moment sitting at 28.59 in Hg. Winds are from the North East and calm.  Thinking that will change too in an hour or so.  Our moon today will Rise: 9:23 AM & Set: 10:25 PM. It will be Overhead: 3:50 PM & Underfoot: 3:28 AM.  Moon Phase today is 19% Waxing Crescent.  The sun is up there behind some clouds and it rose at 7:47 AM & will set at 5:16 PM, giving us 9 hrs. 29 mins. of daylight here in Port Loring.  For the ice fishermen the old weather stick today says the best times to be out there will be from 3:30 PM till 6:00 PM.  Normal Day for fishing.
