Good morning.  Well nice morning.  Temperature this morning when I awoke at around seven was sitting at 30 °f .  Daytime temperature is going to reach  33 °f through out the day then later on tonight will drop to to 25 °f.  Barometer is sitting at 30.00 and rising.  Good sign for some sunshine later on.  Highway 522 is bare and wet this morning.   The moon will rise at 4:19 AM and Set at 1:28 PM.  It will be Overhead at 8:53 AM and Underfoot at 9:21 PM.  Moon Phase today is  19% Waning Crescent.  The sun rose this morning at 7:19 AM and will set at 5:47 PM, giving us 10 hrs. 28 mins. of daylight here in Port Loring today.  The old weather stick says that the best time to be out there fishing today will be from 9:00 AM till 11:00 AM then again from 1:30 PM till 2:30 PM.

News For Port Loring & District

The Local Service Board Meeting was held for the month last night and have to say all and all things are moving along in our community very well.  Also as Kerry Reports that lots of folks are using the rink this year with skating and different events and things.  Good to see folks out and about getting some fresh air and exercise.  I am thinking that now things have been straightened away our new Activity center is a great asset for our community and in the future will be a major player in establishing a great relationship with all who live, here along with those outside our area as well.  Have a great day my friends.
