Good morning. Well today we will see rain or snow shower with a high of 42°f. Then tonight it will drop to a Lo 31°f. Woke up this morning to about a half an inch of the white stuff and still coming down, wet mix but still white LOL. Crazy Northern Weather. Oh well this too shall pass, just needs some time. Winds this morning have subsided some after yesterday and last night. Power was out yesterday for an hour or so around supper time. Figure a tree came down on the lines somewhere. Today winds are calm and coming in from the North West. Better than the North East. Barometer rose through the day yesterday then dropped through the night and now is holding steady at 28.32 in Hg. News For Port Loring
Not much to report. Kind of a lull before the storm you might say. Folks that have cottages and tourists I am sure will start filtering into our community come May and by the end of May everyone will be busy. Seems that’s the trend in these parts these days. OK by me as I take each day as it is given and enjoy it to the fullest no matter what. Only way to go I figure. Old saying is; “We‘re not here for a long time, we‘re here for a good time.” Just most folks haven’t realized it yet. Have a good day my friends.
