News For Port Loring

Well Deer Season is closing in fast now.  Tomorrow morning is what a lot of folks have been dreaming of for the past few weeks. Myself, well I enjoy going out that’s for sure.  Some venison in the freezer is a plus but enjoying the company of the folks I hunt with is the big reward to me.  I also enjoy nature at its fullest as where we hunt there is nothing but nature surrounding us.  Great feeling to be out there let me tell ya. I suspect a lot of folks will be getting prepared today and I can just visualize the look on their faces, while getting things ready to leave.  Around town here I have never seen so many hunters heading back into their camps. Cars, trucks, campers; even seen five four wheelers with trailers loaded to the hilt, heading back to where they hunt going up the road here in front of my house yesterday. So much orange I had to put my sunglasses on.  Amazing to say the least.  Good to see so many enjoying life though, doing what nature intended us to do.  Enjoy your day my friends and be careful while out there.  A little bit of common sense goes a long way.

I spoke at the Argyle Horticultural Society,   http://www.gardenontario.org/site.php/argyle  last night and have to say it was a real enjoyable evening.  They sure made my wife and I feel welcome and I would like to thank them for that.  It also is great to see so many folks in our area, that are interested in alternative methods in treating diseases, along with good nutritional eating. We touched on a lot of subjects relating to health, natural medicines, where to find them in our area, what to look for when out for a walk, planting your own garden, what you put on your body and inside your body and much much more.   All & all we had a great night and would like to thank them all for asking us to participate.  Enjoy your day my friends.
