Good morning.  Today will be cloudy with snow. Could also get some freezing sleet mixed in.  High today will reach up to near 30F. Winds SE at 5 to 10 mph.  We will have around 4 to 6 inches of snow here today.  Tonight we will continue on with snow flurries.  Low tonight will reach down to around 15F. Winds  will be coming in from the East to South East at 5 to 10 mph. Maybe another inch or so.  The sun rose behind some clouds once again at: 7:45 AM & will set at: 5:19 PM.  Giving us here in Port Loring; 9 hrs. 34 mins. of daylight.  Gained another; 2 minutes yesterday.  For those wanting to do some ice fishing the old weather stick says the best times to be out there will be from; 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM.  Highway 522 is snow covered with icy sections through out.  One should take care today if driving as it is very slippery. News For Port Loring

Other than lots of snow and slippery conditions as mentioned above, not much happening.  So guess go and have a tea and then see if my old snow blower will start.  Kind of heavy snow out there so it will make things easier.  I don’t mind shoveling it though gives me the exercise one needs if care is taken while doing it.  Meaning a little at a time an that is one thing we have lots of up here in the north.  So enjoy your day my friends.
