Happenings In & Around Port Loring Ontario

Good morning.  Today we will have a few flurries early in the day changing to freezing rain as the day ventures forward.  High  will climb to near 38F. Winds will be from the South East coming in at around 5 to to 10 mph. This evening we will have some rain and could possibly have a thunderstorms.  Guess you could call it the January thaw.  Lows will remain quite mild tonight at 34F. Winds will also continue coming in from the South South East at 5 to 10 mph. Could get about an inch and a half of rain or so.  The sun rose this morning behind some clouds at: 7:44 AM & will set at 5:20 PM. Giving us here in Port Loring Ontario: 9 hrs. 36 mins. of daylight. Gained another 2 minutes yesterday.  For the folks wanting to do some ice fishing the old weather stick says the best times to be out there today will be from; 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM.
