Got my vegetable garden all planted yesterday. Was a great day to do it too. Enjoyed every minute of it. If you want to truly get on a healthy life style change all your cooking oil to coconut oil. It is the only safe oil out there today and not only that it has so many good things in it to keep you healthy. All the others including olive oil should not be used for cooking. Olive oil is fine to use in salads and things like that where you don’t have to heat it. Coconut oil also has had great results also in helping Alzheimer’s along with hundreds of other diseases. Black flies are still bugging some folks. I say some, as some folks like myself they leave alone, for most parts anyways. Mosquitoes, now them parasites, they don’t have any consideration for no body. LOL. They go where you are, inside, outside, where ever they can find ya. But there are ways of discouraging them, which I have told you in previous posts. Today my wife and I are putting in our veggie garden as tomorrow we might get a shower or two, which will set them into place nicely. So lots to do today as I have a large garden. Health tip for today. Drink lots of water, good water, not tap water with fluoride or chlorine in it. Them two chemicals are poison. Most city waters have it in it, and some bottled water, so be wary. Now here is what every one should know to find out how many ounces you should drink a day. Take your weight and divide it by two and that will tell you how much to drink. Say 150 pounds, you need to drink 75 ounces. Sounds like a lot, but it isn’t really. If you do this every day you will not only become healthy you will have more energy. Also your body will love you for it. If your in the sun you will need a bit more. Remember folks, good water. Did you know that Ford and Volkswagen are making cars right here in our country that gets you over 70 MPG, but not allowed to sell them here in our country. They are sold though in the UK and folks just love them. Amazing isn’t it. Here we are in Canada and the USA making these cars but can’t buy them. Why is this? Simple, as if they put these cars on the road here in Canada and the USA, they would loose billions of dollars, as folks wouldn’t use all that gas. Take a look at this video. when you get a second. Nothing much to report. Mowing day here for us at the Walters house, so will get that out of the way this morning. Sure looks pretty when all said and done. This year wife and I planted all the seeds we collected from last year and we got a regular little nursery going in the back porch, so all our veggies will be free this year. Once I get to planting them that is. Which should be first of next week. Long range forecast looks good temperature wise. Name released in fatal collision

ARNSTEIN— A 67-year-old was killed Monday around 1 p.m. when her vehicle veered off Highway 522 at Seagull Lake Road and went into the ditch, according to Ontario Provincial Police. The collision caused the vehicle to flip. According to police, it’s suspected the driver may have been in medical distress at the time of the incident. The driver was identified as Arina Howes of Loring. A post mortem will be conducted later today. Members of the OPP’s Technical Collision Investigations and Forensic Identifications Units are continuing their investigation.

Home Made Toothpaste.
This is a great,toothpaste with out all the chemicals that most commercial kinds have. My wife and I have been using it for years with great success.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon sea salt, finely ground
2 drops of peppermint, spearmint, orange, clove, or cinnamon.
A touch of good spring water or well water without the chemicals is best.
You can also add a touch of coconut oil if you so desire.
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and mix them thoroughly with a toothbrush, your finger, or a small spoon until a smooth, thick paste forms. The paste shouldn’t be too runny; it has to stay on your toothbrush.
Dip your toothbrush into the paste and use as you would regular commercial toothpaste.

Well not to much to report other than it is one great looking day out there. The black flies are out there now, but if one approaches their day right, they shouldn’t have to deal with them pesky devils to much. First off one should not wear any bug repellent or smelly colognes. Also should say if you are used to using these things, which most are now a days, that it takes a good week to get it out of your system. Best way is to use baking soda to wash your hair with and if you have to have some soap use Ivory hand soap, with no additives in it. Do that an maybe eat a bit of garlic with your food each day and you won’t have any problems with Black Flies. All in how you want to deal with things, simple as that. Also would like to wish all those Mothers or Mothers to be out there the very best on this Mothers Day Weekend. Well the old black flies are officially back with us for another season. Should last for around three or four weeks if things goes to plan. Then again, Mother Nature has her own set of rules and being the lady she is, she changes her mind every so often.. So all we can do is take what she hands us, an smile. The mosquito’s are still holding off, but once it warms up, they will awaken and add their presence to our days through out the summer. Fluoride In Drinking Water
Think on this. Folks today go to the store buy organic veggies bring them home in thinking they are healthy. In theory they are quite right in their thinking. Just now they take them veggies and wash them using city water, which is full of chlorine and fluoride. In doing so through my eyes removes all the good things in the veggies and puts in poisons.
In order to remove the fluoride from your drinking water, it is important to invest in a reverse osmosis water filter. Alternatively, you can purchase a reputable carbon filter that is proven to remove fluoride as well. Always remember that reverse osmosis water will require you to ‘re-add’ the natural minerals to the water, which can be done by adding a small amount of apple cider vinegar or even a good high grade sea salt.

The black flies are out there now, started yesterday,but still not really bothering a feller or gal, other than flying around ones head. But they will get hungry soon enough. I find the best way to help the situation is to not wear any perfume or deodorant, things like that. I only wash using ivory hand soap, with no additives. For some reason they don’t like it and I have had good luck keeping them at bay for a lot of years now. Deet, insect repellents. don’t work, if anything it attracts them and makes it worse. Goes to show ya we do have a few good horses here in Canada. Great day for sure.
