Another report says that a group of drugs that show long-term problems with their use, are drugs such as Axid, Pepcid, Tagamet, and Zantac seems that they over time, cause problems with, ones ability to think, concentrate, formulate ideas, reason and remember. Also I have found that eventually they do no good at all and cause more problems than they fix. Might say a temporary fix, but that is all they do in my eyes. Above is just a few of many in todays world that we should be looking at. Simple way of eliminating all of the above and fixing the problem is, eating right, organic, exercise, and fresh air, along with probiotics. Most everyone is lacking them and I for one have proven that they work in fixing most all stomach problems. I suffered for thirty years and took tons of pharmaceutical drugs which in turn made things worse. Eventually I turned to natural help probiotics and for the past fifteen years no drugs needed. They can be got in many ways. Home made Sauerkraut not processed, lots of organic veggies, or by just taking a good brand of Probiotic acidophilus six billion cells three times a day. Isn’t that enough proof? My Opinion Only.
The article below explains a lot if one would take a close look at the truth it is trying to put out there. Not only just for Tylenol though folks, it also is for most prescription drugs. Thing is, today most of all our doctors looks at treating symptoms not what is causing the symptoms. How can one fix anything if you don’t know what the cause is. They can’t, so in turn thousands of drugs are used to drug your mind to thinking you are better, when you really aren’t. Good healthy nutrition is what most need, along with what goes on us likes soaps and things or what lies in our clothes. Also one can’t forget to get lots of fresh air and exercise. Then if sickness arises you can look for the source, as you are living well and most of all, you now know your body. That’s the secret get to know your body and you will be able to help your body in times of need. Pretty hard to do if your body is cluttered up with all kinds of drugs, pesticides, and chemicals to many to name. Take a look at the article below. My Opinion Only.
Want your headache gone? Take two Tylenol in your hand, drink a glass of water, throw the Tylenol away… headache gone. Dutch researchers found the same recovery rate of drug takers versus placebos. It is the water that you drink that does the job. Not the liver-toxic-internal bleeding-hearing loss-impotence-problems-Tylenol. Drinking water and staying hydrated alleviates pain time and time again as dehydration causes histamines to react in areas of pain in the body. One of Big Pharma’s biggest dirty secrets is that most medications are in fact, antihistamines that treat the localized symptoms of pain – but not the cause.

All is quiet around town. Few things happening at the Legion which can be seen in a previous post. Deer season is over for those like myself using rifles for another year. Might give bow hunting a try if my buddy Kerry heads on out one day and needs company. Never tried it before, biggest thing is I would think, location, dressing warm, along with a good bow. Not sure though as it is all new to me. At any rate sun is out today, would be healthy if one could soak up a few rays. Going to do just that while I enjoy a coffee with my lovely wife here in a bit. Organic coffee that is. Enjoy your day.
Well didn’t get the weather and things on here this morning. The power went out at 8:00 AM and didn’t come back on till 12:30 PM. So what can one do. Last night the Booth Family had a surprise birthday party for Randy Booth, which my wife and I attended. It sure made for a great night let me tell ya. Lots of folks turned out Cathy and Jack Ross was there, along with a great band. Lots of laughs and even had my good friend Art Booth, singing there in the end. Have to say he brought some tears to my eyes. LOL Not to forget Patty Randy’s sister. She got up there and sang a song near the end also. Have to say she did it quite well too. Can’t forget Randy’s wife Sheri neither, as she worked so hard in bringing it all together. Great lady. Randy…. well let me tell ya. There is a man of very few, speaks his mind when asked a question and so much fun to be around. Louis the Booth’s family’s Mother, well she is a card too. Nothing gets past that gal let me tell ya. Just watching her you could tell how proud she was and she should be too. Great lady. Party went on till around 1:00 AM in the morning. Great folks for sure.
On the other side of the coin we had two more wearers of the Pumpkin Hat last week First Picture is Dan Booth and the second ones were of CathyRoss. Jacks lovely wife whom is a very avid hunter let me tell you. She was the only one that got the closest to getting a deer this year. Great folks Dan, Cathy & Jack as with all the rest. Randy & Kerry, well they made it all come together. I should mention here that there is one more that should be wearing the Pumpkin hat and that is Jacob, Kerry Booths son, some how he neglected to let us know about him missing a deer coming up on him from behind LOL. It won’t be forgotten though, not by a long shot. LOL. Randy has it just a waitin’ for him. Now that it is over for the year I am thinking I am going to have Booth withdrawals now for awhile. At any rate here are the pictures I just couldn’t not let you all have a look at Cathy and Dan. For those that doesn’t know or didn’t see the last post where it explained what’s with the Pumpkin Hats, well the folks that miss a deer has to wear it. I am thinking that Randy carries it under his coat, just ready to spring it on folks LOL LOL. All in fun. Also one one of Cathy Leading the pack out of the bush for lunch. I spoke at the Argyle Horticultural Society, http://www.gardenontario.org/site.php/argyle last night and have to say it was a real enjoyable evening. They sure made my wife and I feel welcome and I would like to thank them for that. It also is great to see so many folks in our area, that are interested in alternative methods in treating diseases, along with good nutritional eating. We touched on a lot of subjects relating to health, natural medicines, where to find them in our area, what to look for when out for a walk, planting your own garden, what you put on your body and inside your body and much much more. All & all we had a great night and would like to thank them all for asking us to participate. Enjoy your day my friends.
