Immigration As Seen By Wilfrid Laurier 1907

Click Picture To Enlarge.   Makes Sense To Me.
Wilfrid Laurier ideas on Immigrants and being a Canadian in 1907.

‘In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith

becomes a Canadian and assimilates himself to us,
he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else,
for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed,
or birthplace, or origin..
But this is predicated upon the person’s becoming in every facet a Canadian, and nothing but a Canadian…
There can be no divided allegiance here.
Any man who says he is a Canadian, but something else also, isn’t a Canadian at all.
We have room for but one flag, the Canadian flag…
And we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the Canadian people.’

Salt & Sugar Are Not Bad For You

A recent article in the journal Nature, the much-maligned mineral salt has now been overtaken by sugar as nutritional public enemy number one.

You asked my views on the subject. Well first off neither one in in its true form is unhealthy for you. What has happened is, the treatment that sugar and salt goes through is what makes them bad for you.   Simple as that.  The best salt you can buy will be organic direct from the ocean. When you get it home it will be damp in texture, large in size which needs grinding some for our salt shakers of today and a pinkish in color. Buy it this way and you can eat all the salt you want.  Sugar is the same with all the chemicals they are using today to make it nice and white an sweet it’s no wonder folks are getting sick. Better alternative is pure cane sugar and even better is not to eat it at all as I have done and eat only pure maple syrup.  There is no recipe in the world that calls for sugar that can’t be replaced using Maple Syrup.  I also believe that the Powers That Be should not be allowed to dictate to folks of what they should eat or can not eat. I am a big feller and if I make a mistake well it’s my mistake.   I guess their upbringing protected them to much, or something to that effect. So much for free will in this country.   My Opinion Only

Drugs Of Today

I really believe for most parts that drug makers want you to remain sick, tired, and looking for pharmaceutical solutions. The only way to correct this problem is for one to take a serious look at alternative medicine which in reality isn’t medicine at all.  Healthy Nourishment is what is needed and folks need to take the blinders off ones eyes and open ones mind to what is really happening out there today.  If this is allowed to happen  drug sales will plummet and these profit-mongering corporations will begin to go bankrupt after spending millions on the latest cancer drug that turns out to actually be deadlier than the disease itself.

Things are changing, times are changing, I can see it happening as each new days comes upon us.   It’s just a matter of time for these so called pill pushers and users of medicine that hurts folks to no end. Mark my words folks, change is on the horizon. My Opinion Only

Raw Walnuts Cancer & Other Things

Nutritional science now confirms walnuts contain nutrients that are necessary for healthy brain function, such as omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E; but even more compelling clinical research has emerged in only the past four years showing that walnut consumption reduces biomarkers of prostate cancer in humans, and suppresses prostate cancer tumor growth in the animal model. Other cancers walnuts have been studied to suppress include breast and colorectal. Remember this, only raw nuts an seeds are what you should be eating.  Cooked, baked in oil with salt added, has no beneficial matters to it at all and in time will contribute to what ails you.  Also think about this.  If one just looks at a walnut what do you see? A vision of a prostate or the brain should come to into view.  Doesn’t that tell you something?  Does me as it tells an shows me that Mother Nature is just busting at the seams to show you were to find help. And what do most folks do?  Well they refuse to believe that she can help. They refuse to believe that it can be that simple, they only believe what the doctors of today tell them.  They get sicker.   Take the blinders off my friends do the research and your questions will be answered.  Now don’t get me wrong here, as I am not totally against the medical profession.  I respect them to the point that they are doing just what they were taught to do.  They don’t know any better.  Problem is that most won’t even consider, or look at the alternative medicine, which is totally wrong through my eyes.  There are a few doctors though that are changing their views on things, which is a good thing, lets hope they keep it up and more comes on board quickly.   One last thing, store bought vitamins and over the counter items do not do what they say they do for most parts. Most are man made substitutes which our body rejects. The only thing they do is take money out of your pocket and puts it in the huge corporations pockets, simple as that.  Nutrition is the only way to go.  Fresh Organic Veggies and Fruits, along with items from Mother Natures Treasure Chest along with common sense.  Use these my friends and your world will open up  in a whole new direction toward health. My Opinion Only.

Cold weather will be upon us for a few days then things will warm up a touch, which is OK by me.  I am actually really looking forward to summer this year, even more than the past few years.  Can’t wait to get outside and do some front porch sittin’ enjoying the warm southerly breezes, along with soaking in some of that sunshine.  Of course putting that old Giesler Boat in the water will be a priority come spring.  I have to say that out of all the boats that I have ever owned my Giesler has been the nicest.  Some say it takes to much work keeping them in shape, but I haven’t found it that way at all.  I keep mine out of the direct sun when not in use, but other than that it fends for itself.  Great boat and would recommend it to anyone that wants to do some serious fishing. The old saying is, that if your not fishing in a Giesler, your just not fishing.    Enjoy your day my friends, that’s what she is all about.

Thought I would mention here, as I have had a few folks ask.  That the weather forecast I am giving you isn’t taken from the Government Web Site,  or any other outside location.  What you are seeing is weather data taken and given to you directly from my own personal weather station, right here in Port Loring.  So what  you are getting is accurate weather statistics as it happens, along with a 24 Hour Daily Prediction of what’s to come.  Along with that the fishing times are figured out through moon placement in the sky, weather data, barometer readings, pressure readings, temperature, winds and many, many more items thrown in. All put together, along with the old weather stick that is on the side of our shop, I then have a formula given to me by my old Grandfather, that lets me know when the best fishing times and hunting times will occur.  Each an every morning I sit here by the old computer, take all the data put together my forecasts and then send them along to you.  Also should say, not one cent is made from this, it is all done for free.  Kind of my way of helping our community.   So there you go for those that were wondering how things were done at this end.  Have a great day my friends and get outside and get some fresh air into them lungs today.  Headin’ out there in a bit myself, just going to enjoy another tea then see where the day leads me.

Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins :

Long article but well worth the read.  Pretty well right on the money how I am handling my problem just I am using a touch more natural items direct from Nature Itself.  Take A Look might save your life some day, that is if you are wiling to take the steps necessary??

Johns Hopkins Update – Very Good Article

AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY
IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY (‘TRY’, BEING THE KEY WORD) TO ELIMINATE CANCER,
JOHNS HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY .

Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins :

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body . These cancer
cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have
multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients
that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after
treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the
cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable
size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a
person’s lifetime.

3. When the person’s immune system is strong the cancer
cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and
forming tumors.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has
nutritional deficiencies . These could be due to genetic,
but also to environmental, food and lifestyle factors .

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing
diet
to eat more adequately and healthy, 4-5 times/day
and by including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing
cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells
in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract etc, and can
cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7.. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars
and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often
reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of
chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor
destruction.

9. When the body has too much toxic burden from
chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either
compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb
to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to
mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy.
Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other
sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer
cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

*CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made
with Aspartame and it is harmful
. A better natural substitute
would be Manuka honey or molasses, but only in very small
amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in
color Better alternative is Bragg’s aminos or sea salt .

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the
gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus . By cutting
off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer
cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based
diet
is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little other meat,
like chicken. Meat also contains livestock
antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all
harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole
grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into
an alkaline environment . About 20% can be from cooked
food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live
enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to
cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance
growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building
healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most
vegetables including be an sprouts) and eat some raw
vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at
temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C)..

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate , which have high
caffeine Green tea is a better alternative e and has cancer
fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or
filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap
water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of
digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the
intestines becomes putrefied and leads to more toxic
buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By
refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes
to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the
body’s killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system
(IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals,
EFAs etc.) to enable the bodies own killer cells to destroy
cancer cells.. Other supplements like vitamin E are known
to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body’s
normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or
unneeded cells.

15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit .
A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior
be a survivor. Anger, un-forgiveness and bitterness put
the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to
have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy
life.

16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated
environment. Exercising daily , and deep breathing help to
get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen
therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer
cells.

1. No plastic containers in micro .

2. No water bottles in freezer .

3. No plastic wrap in microwav

Not much happening on the local home front here this morning.  Stores are still saying they are very slow business wise. But….it’s that time of year and to be suspected.  I always say that for anyone in business they have to expect these things living in this neck of the woods.  Well guess I will head on out and put another log in the shop stove, still working on my flutes for spring.  So you all have  a great day and will be back here tomorrow morning.

Few Things One Should Be Made Aware Of

Avoid all toothpastes made in China , especially Colgate as they contain Ethylene Glycol. This is an anti-freezing agent, highly toxic and even fatal — it destroys the liver, kidneys, lungs, blood cells, heart and the nervous system. It is also in some mouth washes, make-up, aftershaves, baby powder and wipes, shampoos, and deodorants.

Avoid Smarties – they contain almost every toxic artificial colour on the market.

To top it off Smarties are not even made of chocolate. Neither are Tim Tams. Synthetic chocolate has no nutritional value whatsoever.

Read your food labels. It may one day save your life.

I would like to mention that with the warm weather that we been having, one should be extra causes if out on the lakes with snowmobiles and things.  Remember this; at least 20 centimeters of clear blue ice is required for snowmobiles.  In knowing that and one takes heed of that, there should be no accidents or loss of life.  Do the research and stay safe.  Have a great day.
